Wow.... amazing staff, from the cleaner to management.
Polite, friendly and couldn't do enough for me, a mere driver.
I arrived late, due to unforseen circumstances, but not an attitude from anyone.
I was offered refreshments before I even got the lorry ready to unload. Home made soup, had to be.... beautiful.
Every member of staff was so friendly.

I had a very unpleasant experience, I paid for shelves, counters and refrigerators worth £ 13,000, on December 29, 2024, I collaborated with Ibraheem, he turned out to be very unprofessional. When I saw the price on the invoice, it had not yet decreased by £ 300 for the measurement price or 15%, he calculated it afterwards, but said only 14.5%. He didn't have everything in stock when I paid, I understood, he said that everything would be ready for me to pick them up on January 10-15, I called back, he told me it would take a few more days, after which I came on the agreed day and he didn't have 2 refrigerators, I rented 2 vans so I could pick them up according to the agreement, even though he knew the day and time that were set, he hadn't packed anything, I stayed from 1 pm to 6:30 pm so I could pick up my order. When I unpacked them the next day, I noticed a lot of things were missing. I asked for sketches so we could assemble them, I didn't receive anything, saying that we had videos on Youtube, but there was only to view them, there was no video for everything I had bought. I received the refrigerators after 1 and a half months. SO!!! be careful what you buy and who you contact in their company.

As I wrote, the £300 was only deducted when I mentioned it, and the invoice does not show if it has the 15% discount from December, if you look at the invoice it does not specify how much the discount is, normally it would have been specified what discount was applied to my invoice, I did not ask them to assemble them, I just asked for a sketch, any thing of this kind you sell, you are obliged to provide an assembly sketch, you do not have it on YouTube, everything you have in the store and videos for them, I think you know what I am talking about. Think about if IKEA sold shelves, wardrobes, beds and did not provide an assembly sketch, I was asked for £1800 cash, which I did not have and it was not a deal when I pay much less for shelves and a counter to pay 1800!!!

I was looking for Shelving for my shop and I visited Max Shelf. I met Dennis, who was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He asked me about my requirements, and I provided a basic shop design. He then explained to me the different types of shelving and its components and produced a quote based on my requirements. He was extremely helpful throughout.

I then returned for the second time as I had changed the shop design, and he was very patient and helpful again and worked with me to adjust the shelving and also helped me in selecting and designing the counter size.

I was waiting for my shop lease to be signed so unlike, other companies who just wants to sell the shelving, he focused on helping me, which was refreshing.

I then returned for the final time after my lease was signed and he adjusted the quote again and I placed the order.

The company does not deliver, however I requested Dennis if he can find the delivery man and he very kindly helped me and called one of his contacts to deliver the shelving at a very reasonable price.

I had few questions when I was assembling shelving, and Dennis answered all the questions as well.

The qualify of the shelving is of excellent standard and their prices were also very reasonable as compared to other companies.

I found Dennis very professional and helpful and because of him, I will always be using Max Shelf for my shelving needs.
