The VMAX Chest Showcase Freezer 1800mm is the larger of the two VMAX chest showcase freezer models — a high-capacity, glass lid display freezer designed for retailers who need to present a wide range of frozen goods across a single, continuous unit. At 500L net capacity and 1800mm wide, it holds significantly more frozen product than standard chest freezers, divided into clearly defined sections by 8 internal wire baskets. The 4mm tempered glass lid keeps the full range visible from above at all times, while the CAREL digital controller maintains a consistent below -18°C product temperature. Like the 1400mm model, its Climate Class 4 rating makes it well-suited to store environments that reach higher ambient temperatures — including kiosks, forecourts, market units and retail spaces without air conditioning.
