The 5 Tier Crisp Display Stand is a purpose-built snack merchandiser designed to present a crisp range clearly in a small floor space. Five forward-angled wire mesh baskets sit at evenly spaced heights across a footprint of just 380 × 540mm, rising to 1680mm overall. The slanted basket design presents every bag face-up towards the customer and slides the remaining stock forward as items are taken, so the display continues to look full and shoppable through the trading day. Mounted on 4 swivel castors with a tubular steel frame and rounded top handles, the whole unit moves easily for restocking, cleaning or promotional repositioning.
A Display That Faces Itself
Crisps are driven almost entirely by impulse and visibility — a bag that cannot be seen is a bag that does not sell. The problem with flat shelving is that as the front stock is taken, the remaining bags sit at the back of the shelf, out of the customer’s sightline, and the display reads as empty long before it actually is. The forward tilt of each basket on this stand does the merchandising work automatically: stock slides to the front of the tray as bags are removed, keeping the face of the display stocked without a member of staff touching it. Over a full trading day that difference is significant — the display still looks worth browsing at 4pm, not just at opening.
The narrow 380mm width makes the stand practical in positions where a shelf bay or wider unit simply will not fit: beside a checkout, in a tight aisle, at the end of a gondola or against a pillar.
